
BOX OFFICE POLICIES
ALL SALES ARE FINAL: There are NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES unless a performance is canceled and not rescheduled. Regardless of age, everyone must have a ticket and sit in a seat.
SEATING: All seating assignments are done by our box office staff to fully maximize the house. There is not a bad seat in the theatre. If you have a group that would like to sit together please make a reservation all under one name/reservation. All patrons attending the show must purchase a ticket no matter their age.
SPECIAL ACCOMMODATIONS: The TADA Theatre is ADA accessible by taking the elevator entrance at the west end of the Creamery Building. To assure ADA seating you must notify the box office ahead of time at tickets@tadaproductions.info.
BOX OFFICE LOCATION AND HOURS: The box office is located in our lobby at 701 P Street and opens 30 minutes prior to showtime. All tickets are now done on line using the website prior to the show.
SHOWTIMES: All performances begin promptly at curtain time. Allow yourself plenty of time. No late arrivals will be admitted. Your seat is not guaranteed after the show starts.
PARKING: To see how to get validated parking please click the parking section on the website.
CELL PHONE OR ELECTRONIC DEVICES: While at the show please turn off all cell phones, watch alarms and other electronic devices that may disrupt the production.
RECORDING DEVICES: No recording devices are allowed in the theatre at any time. If anyone uses such a device during the production, they will be asked to leave without warning and are subject to fines under copyright law.
FOOD/DRINK: No food or drink permitted inside the theatre. The TADA Theatre is a smoke-free building.
